Jane Reddin

I care deeply about helping start-ups to scale up by using the right data to hire and develop the right people at the right time. In my 22 year career, I’ve transacted >450 senior hires, globally, for disruptive companies, built international and new-market teams inside Achica, hired the Balderton Capital fund team and, as an advisor, helped over 70 start-ups build high performing teams.

Until Oct 2018, I spent nearly 6 years as the Talent Advisor at Balderton Capital and built the proposition which provides talent strategy and leadership development to Balderton CEO’s and founder teams. This includes on-tap advice, helping them hire their senior leaders and mentoring in-house talent leaders to build their talent functions from scratch.

Polly Barnes

With a background in marketing, delivering change that boosts business value is my passion and focus. I have spent the past 15 years in my role as CPO modelling and encouraging the human capabilities that deliver results in fast-growth cultures. Enabling businesses to make more objective and impactful people decisions and building people teams and strategies from the ground up.

I’ve worked in-house at global board level and as a consultant to Y1 start-ups. I’ve assessed, hired and coached founders of three-person companies and CEOs of 3000-person companies; strengthening the C-Suite to scale businesses across four continents and over 30 markets.
